I managed to find a program that has discovered my 'lost' data on my HDD that messed up, and it lets me open the files through the program, but unless i pay $100 to activate the program, I cant actually restore the files! Anyone got any suggestions?

If u need the data that much then u will pay. It's only £54 at the end of the day. How much money do u spend a month on Petrol; i know i spend at least twice that!

Get one called PC Inspector File Recovery, CLICK HERE. Works a treat mate, although it might not recover everything, it recovered a large majority of the stuff Its FREE too
