you bought a gay electric one. you should have spent the extra £50 and got a bad ass nitro powered bugger.
anyway, get yourself a decent electronic speed controller (ESC) cos the mechanical one that comes with tamiya kita aint worth a wank. then get a shit hot motor. something around a 20 turn. the the little fecker will be really nippy
