Woke up at 7.40 am and carn't get back to sleep! Always the same!

On a weekday when I'm at work I carn't get up!
On a weekend when I can stay in bed for AGES I carn't stay asleep!

Anyone else have this problem?

Ahhh, got woken by my alarm at 11:15am!
