installed the 5th injector. Mounted it in the manifold and worked it from a wee microswitch that switches on on full boost.
I used a cold start injector from an audi 2.2 S2 quattro.
Its running perfect. it will do for the time being while i save my pennies for the DTA managment.
£1000 quid and alot of stress later, i should have gone for the LET conversion but IMO i feel i have summin a bitty different.

it only cost u 1k fr the turbo adn fitting, i reckon you done youself proud and the dngines gona b well nippy and lightweight, any pics mate

nice one!! Yeah you could have gone for c2olet but a 1.4 turbo is a little different!!

not had it on the rollers yet. Ive fallin out with my rolling road technition. Hes a fud so i have to travel to another one.LOL
I fitted it myself. Most of the bits i get cheap ya see.
Got a sweet little AFR gauge, its all digital and works a treat. Got a new lambda sensor cos i didnt trust the old one i had. Its totally black and lights up when ya switch on the ignition. Will give me a good indication if summin ever goes wrong.

dump valve is very high pitched. You can here the waste gate fluttering away to itself.
Suction from the inlet is superb. All in all very worth while. I dont have a fancy digi camera that lets ya hear movies or id post it up.

lol,need to get the car painted. Got the 18's. same alloys as i have already but im putting on the wide arches and painting it again. getting the boot done as well.

where u get the switch from craig,
What psi does the switch activate the 5th injector at?
how did u go about wiring it all in

i got the switch from maplin. About 3 quid. Out of interest i phoned courtenay to see how much. £22 plus vat. LMAO
i plumbed it in to a vacum from the servo and it activates on 3 PSI.
All you need is a swiched live and an earth. Think i tapped in to my ignition pack.
