ppl reckon that wot u eat dont affect ur skin.........bullsh*t i aint been eatin properly for past 2 mths or so and my skin is terrible and i never used to hav any spots before that........ loadsa water to flush skin out, with a little bit of lemon in it to get rid of toxins................4pints a day u shud hav better skin after a week

nope it doesn't work. i drink about 5 pints of water at least a day and i have always had bad skin. started clearing up since i hit 21 though.

spose sum ppl it works sum it dont........mine arent hormonal spots or acne or out...........its purely cos ive been eatin shite but if idrink loads of water my skins loads better pretty much straight away

wish it worked for me, i would have the best skin in the world. im always sat with a pint full of water in the house

.....basically eat loads of fresh fruit and veg, chicken, fish and wholemeal breads, pasta and skimmed milk, cheese etc, cut out anything processed, fizzy drinks, fatty foods, tea, coffee, alcohol, cos theyve got no nutrients in em and dont do ur skin no favours...ul prob feel a lot better too......but be warned when u first start drinkin loads of water, cos its flushing the toxins out u mit end up more spotty for a few days then it clears up
