i bought stuff off him but he never sent the products and kept the money just warning u's cos ur my area dont want u's 2 get ripped off.

yeah he owes adam £40 aswell, it's the type of amount that people say it's not worth chasing. i'll give you the same advice i gave adam, ring citizens advice bereau and ask how to proceed in recovering your cash. probably the small claims courts.
