As subject has anyone spoke to an adviser at Ebay about any issues rather then via Email?

The reason I ask is, because they have cocked my account payments up and they have not replied after 3 emails.

Any help would be

Nope, thats impossible, the only way to contact Ebay is via e-mail.... Great business plan they got going, but wehey...

About 3 days it took them when i e-mailed them
