My car was originally with Midas Styling(thats my yellow saxo) to have a full makeover done. While I was on holiday, they got a industrial company to make copies of my lambo kit! Oh, and to finish off a even more angry customer, they fucked my bodywork up aswell. Midas weld the lambo kit on meaning theres no strenth at all on the pillar thats holding the extra weight. It never lined up properly on the catch. I then took the car to QVR to have EVERYTHING re-done! My hydraulic rams warped aswell cos' Midas got them hot by welding the hinges on! Mate, tbh, get a proppa kit and get it done properly cos I've had to pay someone else to re-do work, costin me twice. not worth it.

i believe this argument went on a while ago too, some of the stuff said just doesnt add up. I cant comment as ive never seen any QVR work in the flesh but i have seen a lot of Midas's work and i havent seen a bad one yet. I shall be putting the audi into midas later on when the money becomes available and Lambo doors will be one of the things i will be asking them to do. Pending a few phone calls, possibly with some help from midas the Audi will be being made into something very special and Midas Styling is the only place i would go to. Rich is a top bloke have spoken to him many times at Xtreme and i personally believe a few arguments are beiong thrown together to drive business away from him. Just my opinion.

Midas have done all the work on my corsa so far and im more than happy with it.
Really bugs me that pple try and stir up all this sh*t...
Its between midas and qvr so lets leave it at that - no need to try and persuade pple from one to the other.

That argument was silly. Using pics of my car to try and say Midas was rubbish - saying my bonnet was not straight, when it wasn't even bolted down

According to somone, the guy who strated the argument came on here, and other boards slagging off other companies, like Midas, to try and get more business. Anyway, who gives a shit, cos how much more successful are Midas compared to, well, anyone really. I mean, they have been in bussiness for about a year or so now and they are booked out completely until sorta after July time. That sorta thing don't happen to crap bodyshops!

Its there old premesis. Anyway, I aint here to stir crap, I'm just exlaining a few problems that I had regarding lambo doors and Midas which to me, sounds VERY unproffesional: The first time midas ever saw a lambo hinge was cos' of me, and when I went off on holiday, they copied my lambo hinges, and now claim to fit(mine failed) and supply lambo hinges. Not happy.

TBH i think the lambo doors are already getting oldhat... i dunno what the "next freshest" mod is BUT is aint lambo doors...
i was gonna do this a while ago with Turismo Styling..... but now i feel too many people are going the lambo way..
i will try and pioneer the new designs and new ways... but it aint easy thinking of new designs and new ideas with then Yank squad.....
