This may be a stupid question but would it be possible to put on a 1.2 16v head onto my 1.4 8v engine ? Just wondering ? Cant really afford a bigger engine just now, but need a little more power, and if this is possible, would it be the same spec as the 1.4 Sport engine ?

you can put a 1.4 16V head on a 1.4 8v, just you'd need the pistons out off the 16V, so eaiser to just put a 16V in whole.
Unless it for motorsport purposes.
