Yeah thats why i've done it black, keep it nice and subtle and tidy. Done between the disc and where the bells would be (If they had em) so after the alloy its black up to the disc.

Just makes it as you say, nice and tidy

I want to remove my axle and paint it all with hammerite to give it some extra protection.

Daimo, are you going to have the your inner arches shot blasted black? I want this done to mine but I'm concerned about cost.

Nope, not this year anyway.

Got to be on the road in 9 days time so wont have time.

There are many things i want to do yet. While im in Germany im covering the car in that special stuff u get from the factory to keep the paint good etc (can't remember the name, put it on in 2 stages).

Also i need to waxyoil and underseale the bottom of the car. Its getting older now and ina couple of years may start to suffer from rust (it shouldn't do, but anyway).

Thats what i've painted all my stuff in. Direct to rust hammerite. I've rubbed everythign down so its all smooth first. 1st coat was last night, 2nd coat as soon as i get home 2nite. Will be much easier this time as no rubbing down to do.

So you would be able to do my inside arches so they look brand new? I may just have to kiss you.

Well it'll kill off all the loost shit, paint and rust. then all we'd need to do is get in there with either spray or underseal !!

So yes.
