Yes i had mine done; they have to be shot blasted before they are powdercoated, mine were away a week in total as they went to three different places to have the tyres removed, then shot blasted, powdercoaters and then back to re fit the tyres and balance them. They were only at the powdercoaters over night (think they were done in a day) as they were baked to set the powdercoating.

mine are a really nice finsh; and a lot cheaper. Cost £130 for everything!

I would like some tornado's in white but i don't know wether to go with powder coating or spraying what do you all think is powder coating a matt finish and spraying high gloss?

my dad recently powdercoated some 17's bright orange LOL

when you get the job done, try and see if the coater will give you an envelope of the powder, if worst comes to worst and need to repair a kerbing mark, then its possible with some thinners to make a paint like substance and apply it to touch up the damage, then just carefully flat it and polish it up a bit, used to use this all the time on classic bikes etc to touch up any damage etc from fitting the engines back in
