Got sum door speakers to go in, jus got to remove door cards. how??? i have a corsa c wit electric windows. have removed the screws,even the 1 under the handle inside. wiggles but wont come of. Any suggestions or tips??? Cheers

got 4 screws out, makes sense to push it up cos on the door pin, but there is a seperate bit of plastic casing over the tweet stoppin the main part from pushin up

will double check, i took 3 out accross the bottom and one in the middle under the handle

Its held on with clips too, you need to pull it off. You also need to remove the strip at the top near the glass, then pull the whole door card off, and slide upwards. You might brake some of the clips doing it, so go to vaux before hand and buy some more, they're only like 2p each.

Also you need to remove the plastic corner bit near the mirror where the tweeter is, this just pulls off.

ok excellent cheers, now the wirin. i have alpine sxe-1750s 6.5 " components. how do i wire these? shud i wire the tweets to the original wires as vaux and then wire the main speaker to the originals. do i need to get into solderin anythin??

I'd use the original wiring, and no soldering is required

any ideas as to remove that top strip to get door card completly off? also cud sum1 look at these wires and tell me wot goes where, give us an email address and i will take pics n send them over
