How much would a C20LET conversion be in a corsa B, someone must know!

was gona u2u beardy but the guy prob gets it all the time it would do ma head in

v-tunning will fit it for £2000 and charge ya £1500 for the motor

so thats £3500

but id think lee or beardy might be cheaper

yes you could.

But u can tune a turbo to produce muccho power.

mate has just got his C20LET corsa back pushing approx 300bhp! hes still to get NOs plumbed in, i aint saw him to fnd out how much it all cost, he got calibra turbo for £550 and sold interior for £200 so £350 for his engine but the whole thing got rebuilt top to bottom!

the list of bare minimums...


engine, gearbox(F20) loom and ecu.. £1200-£1500
fitting kit £500ish
Front mounted intercooler £100-£500 (frontera jobbie or special corsa one)
Wheel bearings £100 ish

i think thats the bare minimum on parts, then there is labour to fit, service items (gaskets oil filter, plugs leads etc)

i have spent about £3200 so far

Sure venom turbo done it himself for 800 quid

took 1.2 out of his car bought astra turbo van took engine outta that and put the 1.2 into it and sold it.

then put turbo in he corsa.

i think thats what he done anyways

u dont need a FMIC matt u can jus use cally or cav one. unless of course you need muccho power.

Oh and brakes too

you do need an fmic ideally, as the cav one is mounted to the rad and can be a slag to relocate. i heard a horror story of some guy that mounted one on his gearbox

im sure u can use the cally one. could be bollox but all prices i have gained for fitting dont specify a new FMIC so i took it they used the std one?

I could be wrong BEARDY answers please me lad
