Sisters mate bought corsa and done it up, spend £2k on ICE Monday, had it all fitted flush etc, car jus been broken into outside my old gym, I never took my car down there knew it was a bit odgy she called police they down there but thats 51 break ins since xmas jus b4... The gym refuse to pay for cctv cameras for the car park...!

I told her to do wot i did with my corsa, and spend £1k on decent alarm dead locks etc instead of ice first but no, and she hadn't called insurance to let them know wot she had done either

Feel sorry for her, but she should of listened to me

harsh deals tho pikey fcukers im guessing

i believe all of the recent corsa's, from around 1998 upwards had them fitted as standard, i know my breeze did...but then again breezes were a limited edition of car (i think they were limited to the luton area, not 100% though).
Eitherway, i would agree with pauline on this one...if you putting alot of money into your ice then i would spend exactly the same on securing the car I mean, your going to be driving around and people will beable to hear you, so all they have to do is follow you and break in
Although it was dumb of her not to tell her insurers though....deserves her right in a way

Deadlocks on my 99 GLS
But the remote lockin on the Toad alarm don't shut them, just normal locks, which is a pain.

That's well unlucky tho

C3 had deadlocks and no door handles.

Glass still breaks and people still climb through.

Out of interest, whats the average cost of alarms now-a-days?? Total closure inc. door-pop solenoids n boot aswell, also dead-locks if not already fitted (will be for a GSi)...

Is a bit shitty tho, you would think with all the shit which goes on in that carpark they'd fit CCTV!
