most dealers do start charging that now, cause if you dont and you have an accident you have to pay around £1000.
Its a £5 insurance fee

I agree
Anyways i didnt pay for it.... coz they f*cked me about
I rang at 4:30 and they said the car wasnt ready....... but i left to go get it anyways, what did i find when i got there my car parked up
I went in and asked the 'nice' young lady how long it had been ready and she said it had been sat there since 3pm
She told me geoff was dealing with it, so i spoke to geoff gave him an earfull and said WTF is going on he said sorry ive been busy.... i said i just spoke to you on the phone!!!!!!
Anyways he gave me the bill and i said dont think im bloody paying for the courtesy car after this and signed the for gave them the £124 (service) and walked out

At my garage (Perrys Barnsley) I get courtesy car for free, but have to put it on my insurance for the day which usually costs nothing or a fiver on the policy - but then its summat like £28.50 for a change on the policy.
Fcukin W@nkers!
