I've been riding about with -60mm springs on my standard shocks (got a '99 Sport 1.4 by the way). The ride is shit so wanna go back to standard springs but will my shockshave been damaged at all by havin the -60mm spring on cos i know your not meant to go more than -40mm?

Only way to find out is when you take them off. Depends how long you've had them on.

wanna sell the 60 mm springs? are they g-max? unless you wanna swap for my 40mm gmax ones.

they are puma springs - same price as gmax so im guessin they'll be the same. i'd def sell em but not bothered about putting any more lowered springs on, back to standard for a nice comfy ride.
