also -

in 30mph limit - they shouldnt go off unless ur going over 35 - plans to reduce the tolerance to 32mph

And my luck... my speedo will be out by 3 mph or something, or i will be sat in the wrong position so the speedo reads lower than it actually is

In a 30 zone, drive excessively slow (Drew will be familiar with this thanks to his kerb crawling experience) so you create tail backs. Become the cunt of a Sunday driver that is ignorant to the other road users behind.

Don't you love drivers that sit at 40-50mph regardless of what road they're on. Dual carriageway... 50mph. Residential area... 50mph.

theres nothing worse than when ur in a emergency and HAVE to get somewere fast and u have to go slow... :@
