right i want my car to have a exhaurst that sounds good and loud. but not cheap and tacy,

its a 1.4 sport corsa b and i am only willing to pay around about 150 max

Plenty of backboxes for around that amount, £20-£30 more gets you a decent scorpion or similar

If your looking for a full system then keep your eyes open in the classifieds mate.

My local powerflow place does a full system for around £240, and you can tell them how you want it to sound also.

My mate had to take his back though, as passengers could hear people in the front as it was too loud!! That was in a mini cooper 52 reg.

ok so will the backbox make it sound anygood??

there is a backbox on now and it sounds ok, but only when you get to about 5k revs.

if i buy the back box for that much, could i just get a metal pipe and get that fitted to go from the cat to the Bbox? i can pick up the pipe easy and cheep as my job is metal working.

i remmeber nooster19 saying he had to get his taken off coz of the cops, is this a regular thing that happens? people have to get them removed coz of sound polution?

240 for a full system that sounds ok.

i have a sebring 6*4 back box and centre section for £185 and sounds sweet.

quite rasby, if you want beef then go custom!

so how do i know what will sound good and what wont??

any links or any makes and models will be much appriciated, also if i did just get some metal pipe or stainless pipe, would it be as good as a full system or will you be able to tell its a DIY jobby
