i have a brand new pvd conversion kit for a 2.0l/2.0l turbo into a corsa, not been opened, pvd sent it to me took the money out my bank even tho i cancelled it and now they wont refund me cash.

I get onto trading standards mate if I were you.
That doesnt sound right at all.
I'm sure there's a 14 day cooling off period rule. Dont know if its standard to all purchases but its worth following up.
I'd be well pissed off especially at that amount of cash

At Halfords we had a policy of not refunding special orders but if people kicked up a big enough fuss, we'd do it. Mainly cos i think we were legally obliged to do so. Like Claire said mate, look into it further
