I gotta wait around now til 11:30 as thats when they think the driver will be here

i know the stamp duty on a second hand house is about 3.5%

so with the average house price in ireland at €250k that about 9grand. stupid load of arse really

th eway around stamp duty is simple get the owner of the property to set up a company around £50-£100 to register the name etc then buy his company with the house as one of its assets and voila no stamp duty to pay, tricks of the trade

y didnt ya do it yerself 1hr job if that. then get the tracking done at a fraction of the cost.

dont think i'll get my tracking done i want to the tyre to ware out so i can get new ones

i cant con the GF into paying half the cost if the tyres arnt worn

Yes and then pay £250ish a yr 2 maintain the company
