m8 of mine can offer paint repairs in flat or metalics he is fully qualified car sprayer and is after a bit of pocket money  . panels and bumpers/spoilers etc ,although he won't smooth in bumper so you will have to do it yourself first.
he just filled and sprayed 2 panels on my golf that the missus gashed on a wall in metalic blue and it put the rest of the car to shame.
