No, the females probably wouldn't find it as funny as Dan does.
Notice how Michelle doesn't find Victor's advances amusing? It'll be the same for Jason however Shell would probably do it just to join in - part of her middle-class upbringing.

Jason's bond with Dan is more important as it sets those two up as the Alpha males in the house (if you can have two) - one straight and one gay.
Ahmed is too old and only gets the sympathy vote, Marco is tolerated, Stuart's a pretty boy and Victor needs to get with Jason and Dan if he wants any authorita in there.

And I only started watching BB5 tonight...
