Sleeping with someone else is nothing really. Remind me - how old is she? Tim is right as well, its not good sex anyway.
Personally I wouldn't have got back together on those pretences. Bit of a knee-jerk reaction, that. I'd have given it a few weeks or so, if at all.
See how you get on anyway. No harm in a bit of sex but you may as well harden up now and stop caring and its going to be a rocky ride once emotion starts sinking back in. Its all happened very quickly, keep a clear head and look after number one.
Maybe you can put this one down to her learning and forgive, no harm in that. You need to learn and develop as well don't forget - and you're not going to do that going back to the same girl that you wanted to finish the other day.
