I agree - really fcuks me off when downloading a whole film and you think your getting 2 fast 2 furious and end up with the Muppets Xmas Carol. Wouldn't mind had I not already downloaded it.

i'd be careful about downloading films..two people i know have been caught. Sony Pictures got in touch with thier ISP, one of them got let off quite light...he only lost his broadband connection.
The other one is a police matter.

lol... apple are now selling music online for 79p a song. Seems expensive but if you buy a compilation its half full of rubbish you dont want anyway... Bargain in my opinion considering how heavy the fines are becoming.

for music I would use something like soulseek (http://www.slsknet.org), its a network for music and always find loads of songs I want on it
EDIT- I use soulseek to download music that the artists have given their permission to the soulseek network to disribute over thir network.

I use soulseek to download music for free
also use allofmp3 but that costs but as it is in in Russia and it costs $10 for 1GB it is probably just as doggy

If you spend 79p on apple d/l a song and your HDD breaks can you then get it again for free as you have already bought it once?
I'd think not therefore id rather buy a CD
