What are peoples opinions on the Siemens SL55?
Argos are doing them 1/2 price and with my mates staff discount I'd be getting it for £90 on T-Mobile PAYG.
Think it's worth it?
Could I unlock it to accept my O2 PAYG sim card, or a new O2 sim?
And do T-Mobiles only come in that horrid pinky colour, coz I want the darker grey colour.

i love the look of them. was tempted to get one at one stage, but was put off by a couple of people.
they basically said the outside of it was great, but the software, menu etc was absolute pish and not nice to use.

Hmmm..... But it'd still be more updated than my Nokia 5210. And for only £90....??
I'll have to test one in a shop or something.
But what about the unlocking etc.?

Lost my 5210 on T-Mobile, bought an SL55 on O2 for £50 off a mate
Nokia is much easier to use, much less likely to break
SL55 is great to look at, fairly simple to use once you got the hang of it, but is liable to going wrong if your heavy on the sliding screen

Nokias are easier to use but i got the hang of the siemens quickly and its a really good fone! glad i got it instead of another nokia.

I had one and it was total wank  Signal everywhere was shite (spoken to many people and have heard this said loads) menu and features are also shit. They look cool tho
