17's don't require any major arch work if u get the right offset (et49 - et45), but since u got the wide arch kit it's gonna look kinda silly cause your wheels will be sitting right inside the arch.
I've got the same kit with 17's and my offset is et37 with come right out upto the arch, however u need to do arch mod's so it don't scrub.

Re-positionint the clock aint hard just cutting the crash panel and then filler and smooth the wires reach easily!
