I brought some bonnet lifters on sunday from max power and they say that they are for a corsa b, but when i went to fit them today they dont fit The bolt that u use for the bonnet hinge is too short so it wont even reach the thread. Has anyone else had this problem and also wot can i do.

iv bought set too £15 yeh?
says vw corsa on the box
not got round to try fit it tho

I had this with my bonrath ones just bought some new bolts like £2

i bought em too.... but there boot lifters not bonnet lifters you fool although easily modified for what you wanna do...

where do u get the new bolts from and how do u mod them to fit.

well i rang them up today on 01788 572550 and just said that the bolts surplied are to short and they said they would send me a new set , i got them from N.K Trading but if u didn't u could just lie

I got mine from www.corsacentre.co.uk or something like that (from an ad on the boards). Fitted fine and look great
