i usually drink a pint of milk before i go on a major bender,drink lots of alcohol if im upto it,or just medium amounts, come home drink 2pints of water, go to bed, if i wake up in the night i'll drink more water,and a pint of water as soon as i wake in the morning to replace all the water i loose through the drink binge

ive still got my hangover from las night was sick al night an got no sleep, feel like shit an i gota do it al again 2nite, this is not good
