File off the little finger bit. Using filler, smooth off any imperfections and paint up. You'll have o rip off the rubber seal on it before you start though......

y the fuckhasnt the rubber seal been removed o nthat oen on the pic above - surely take that off first

Very good question. It doesn't have a rubber seal now at all.
