As modifications go, I intend on removing the front fogs as I am replacing the front bumper with a PSG Combat Bumper (full wide kit). As well as this I will be putting Neons under the car, will I be able to wire them up to the switch that I currently use for the front fogs?

if you have a seperate switch which is independant to the rear fog light then yes. However, if your going for neons then there is a transformer, so you will need to switch the transformer rather than the output of the transformer 
Also, i would wire a switch to a relay, then wire the trans through that
