ever used creatine? what u think? just bout some now but never bothered with out b4 and thought i would try it

suplerments such as creatine are better used along with a high carb/protien diet for bigger gains in muscle mass.

i have enough protein and carb in my diet as it it

Don't really rate creatine, the money would be better spent on protein/supps.

bulk, go for the same as i used(Mammoth 2500), used it from the start and im gettin bigger very quickly

metabolism rates i'd go for Powermax or Prolab drinks
