iv got spax adjustables, and pi springs. iv tried all settings, but when going over bumps it bangs and crashes really badly. do different springs do this, and can it be helped in any way?

go over them slowly helps.. I seen peeps hit bumps at 30-40mph... I give it the large behind them so they think I'm racing and they go bombing over the bumps whilst i'm larfing and trickle over them coz I dont wanna ruin me car just to beat sum1

yea big bumps are obvious, but even just little bumps in everyday driving, or is it jus my car?

Might be the exhaust catching on the rear beam cos of your car being lowered
