Waste of time in all accounts. You can buy the same thing from FSE for £45 without the fitting kit, which you dont need unless you lowering the FP.
Unlikely you will need increased fueling unless you have extensive mods.

its a rising rate pressure regluator for your fuel...
i.e it increases the fuel pressure....i.e provides slightly more fuel through the injectors....
