my boss jst got his valued and its bout £900,000, only 3 bedrooms i think, but they are all HUGE, one has a MASSIVE walk in wardrobe which is bigger than most peopel bed rooms, living room is huge, as is kitchen etc, his snooker room is a fair size and has a full sized bar in it, then u go thro into the room with the massive swimmin pool, gym, sauna, sun beds etc, and the garden is MASSIVE! if his house was down south wud be worth a few million! and this is in birtley

richy - remember when we went on our mish to that shoppin centre in killingworth to buy some batteries, cans and a phone top up voucher? we walked the whole way i was deverstated

i'm in the building trade, i buy land, build a few plots on it then hand them over. and believe it or not you can have it all bricked up in 3-5days, most decent brickies can blast one level out in a day. it all depends how organised you get that determines the time it takes to build
