what if you're just making a back up of it?
Surely as the radio is moving the air to produce sound in your house or whatever, that means that you own it as soon as you hear it... Kinda

Yes. You can videotape them too, as you're only storing the reflected light from their shagging. Provdided you're still on your property

the only people authrosised to record off the radio station is the, radio station as back up..... and of course the radio authority...... the radio station has to keep recordings for at least 2 yrs i think..... it might not be that long...... the reason why they keep these recording is for legal reasons, so if a listener chooses to take action against the radio station they have there own evidence......
As regards recording it for personnel use i cant see a problem how ever if played in a public place you would be liable for prosectuction unless u have paid the various authorites with in the music industry aprs and mcps

yes u could record them, as long as u have permission from them other wise u could be done for it.......
