i was offered a job at heathrow world duty free two months ago

they took so long coz had to do, security, criminal and health checks....
i had the interveiw with the Main manager,he said driving offences dont really matter!!

but i have got a Drink drive charge on my licence Two years ago.. will this affect my application in any way???
i have just received "applicants copy" certificate of the criminal and convictions check and all it has on it is my drink drive charge and ban, which was reduced due to me taking a special course

any ideas????

i have a special security key for the door and a car pass that runs out in december.

i got the job in March and i work in leeds bradford airport..

i just hope it doesnt affect my application
as ive waited 2 months for this job and let down many other offers!!

i didnt tell the manager who interveiwed me exactly what i had on my licence but he said convictions on the licence dont really matter... and its true its not like its got anything to do with my job role their as its not a "Driving job" its a sales assistant position in duty free???
