i have all the clips that go along the top is there ment to be any clips that go along the bottom of the skirt

They will rattle off without the extra clips, one was round this is to fill the skirts with expanding foam trim the foam to the contours of the car and bond em on

yeah they are kinda under the sill of the car but at an angle, only way is to offer up the skirts to car and see exactly where they go
