had a race with what i think was a 1.4 corsa C.

same year as mine, but had the square shaped exhaust backbox, (the 1.2's had a down facing pipe)

also was 2 quick to be a standard 1.2 (only standard ned mods were onthere)

i could only just keep up but he was gaining distance slowly..


could it have been a 1.4 ??

he had it debadged but left the griffin.

im fairly chuffed if it was a 1.4 16v.. coz i kept up 2 him

maybe he didnt have 17s and fibre glass that restricts air flow and gains the weight?

it was ultra blue standard apart from tints and a irmsher spoiler.

and he lives in guiseley..

Nismo.. i dont know what it was thats y im asking..

i have a mate who races me bog standard 1.2 SXi and i win everytime..to 80mph then road runs out...

thus making my car faster than a 1.2 SXi

but this blue corsa was very slowly leaving me.. so i just assumed it must be a 1.4i

together with the square tailpipe, even the new ones have a round pipe, not a square.

no that i really like though! cant of being me actually reading back cos i have a bl00dy great bucket stuck to the back of mine. i did race a black c sxi though and pulled away from him
