It was £20 in September, £20 in January last year. Now its £70 all at once.
My boss knows the bloke who has the Velvet Lounge so she is going to ask him.

Why don,t you park up strawberry bank. If you get there early I.E before 8.30 you should get a space

I dont pay anything anymore. when i worked in city centre branch i had to pay £15pm for a permit, and then you were only allowed to park in 20p ph slots. was shit cos in my job i have loads of training days and half days so wasted it a lot of the time. Worked out £180pa

Turn right of barbra castle way on to preston new road then turn right onto west park road where test centre is then go up hill turn frirst right down that road follow it to the right. There will be loads of old buildings which are solisiters down both sides thats where you can park
