Yes, all very illuminating. Shirer stated in "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich" that Hitler and Goebbels "pored over astrological charts", and Shirer was no mystic. Nostradamus stated in an early quatrain that no faith was to be placed in astrology for predicting the future and so the purpose of Hitler and Goebbels' quest must have been something else.
However, what I was really proposing was for a definite future date and event to be identified, and to enquire whether it would change one's outlook if the specified event occurred when indicated.
In the epoch of the Inquisition, it is interesting that Nostradamus was able to get his prophecies published, and in Italy of all places. He was not an orthodox Christian. Who was he serving? Who is Nostradamus=Our Lady? Is this Our Lady the Virgin Mary - or is she Mary Magdalene, whose cult in France is an underground stream embracing occult ideas and beliefs far removed from the Bible story?
The term "Antichrist" has a certain connotation. It is understood to mean a very evil figure in power. But it may also mean simply a leader whose purpose is to destroy Christianity BECAUSE IT IS NOT TRUE, and his belief that Christianity is a ruse is precisely what Hitler stated in his table talks.
The only relatively certain reference to Hitler is in a sixaine in which a great figure of the future, "The Phoenix", is identified, and this figure lives 672 months. The period April 1889 to April 1945 is 672 months. Furthermore, in Babylonian astrology of thirteen signs, the extra one is The Phoenix and covers the period of the second half of April, the period of the month of Hitler's birth and death.
It may be also more than coincidence that the family surname "Huettler" was changed, for no known reason, by a clergyman in a book of registry to "Hitler" several decades before Hitler's birth. Under the simple A=1 to Z=26 conversion code, "Hitler"=72. Those who understand enough of occultism may identify the significance of this number in (religious) historical terms.
When the first assassination victim of radical pan-germanism, the Jewish Foreign Minister Walther Rathenau, was gunned down in Berlin in 1922, his secretary Irma Staub stated that his dying words were "The 72 who rule the world". If that is true, every time somebody said "Heil Hitler!" they were also saying "Heil 72!", a salutation to those who actually do oversee the affairs of the world. This would have an equivalent value to prayer.
