^f16 i think hes ment there supposes to be good for quick get aways but i'd say they'd be fecked after a while. this shouldnt be a problem cos they would be varly cheap to replace(provided ya do the work yerself that is)

nope they dont get fecked as mines been on the corsa for two years now and if you ask anyone it gets abused and i know of a nova V6 running on an F16 
the only prob i would say is if your upping the power u may need the f20 only with rediculous power.
the number detonates what kinda torque it can withstand IIRC
i.e f20 =200ft/lb
f16=160ft/lb
etc etc

its says on the back in big letters f16 or f20
