just got new head unit sub n amp but cant figure where to lay wires so they cant be seen where does everyone else put thiers?

take the plastic sill trim up and tuck it down under the carpet.
remember to keep the signal and power cabling seperate or you'll get interferance.
from the back of the doors, take it under the bench and into the boot behind the back rest.
you should be able to find a bolt in the boot to earth to.
most rca's now have a switching live in the middle of them, so that's one less wire needed to run.

do you mean the plastic bit if front of the doors and if so does it need unscrewing?

all seems really held down to me (pulling bit along bottom of door and in front under dash) and am pretty sure its gonna brake!

no it's screwed down.
you need to pull up the plastic tabs to reveal torx head screws.
think it's a t25 that fits them.
along the sill, and then on the cowl around the seats.
