Down to the foglight is the only place you can really put it on the Corsa without cutting the crash bar and the bumper.
You can poke it out of the bottom of the bumper, but it's a bit low especially if you're driving through puddles.
If you don't mind cutting through the plastic inner arch you can get the air feed into an area of high pressure so whilst it's not directly in the path of airflow, the change in pressure will still mean you get a good supply of air.
