Do you usually get furnishings when renting a flat.
So say i rent a flat out for £100p/w what other costs per week will i be paying considering im living in s.wales

Can rent furnished or unfurnished... You'll still need to buy a few things as 'furnished' never has everything you need (it ranges from place to place).

Need to find out how much council tax will be. Then you just have bills (water, gas, electricity, phone?, broadband?). I'm paying £22 a month for gas, £14 for water (all estimated bollocks).

Oh and some flats have maintenance charges for the walkways, gardens, etc -- check if the landlord pays them! (Can be around £2000 a year in London so a bit pricey!)
