for roughly 4 weeks i have quit smoking. i have found it rather easy and don't get why people find it hard? And i have done this using 2 nicorette gums aday, one on the way to work and one on the way home. i admit i have smoked during this time when offered a fag, i would say i have had 5 since i quit. I know tho that i won't buy a pack again.

I've been smoking loads since I gave up skunk.

Not sure which is worse TBH.

Probably better off on skunk.

well done this is quite an acheivement. I also found it reasonably easy to give up the nicotine addiction it was just the habbit i.e. at the pub with a voddie that i found hard

it always starts with just on the weekend and then it is just while drinking and befoe you know it its flat out everyday. i feel so much better being a non smoker. i think they should ban smoking in public places now lol

i stopped for 6 weeks..and found it easy etc..then started again....I think the 1st few weeks are the easiest.
hope you stick to it then..
i'm back on about 10 a day now during the week..more if i'm drinking etc..
wanna try again though...

I plays 5's a few times a week and felt better in they 6 weeks.............

And even though was only 6 weeks i could taste things better.
