My Corsa C20XE is smoking in first an second when i give it a load of boot! It's running on a Power Boost valve.......when i floor it in 1st and 2nd, smoke appears to come from the exhaust, not alot, just a dusty black mist!
Could it be running rich......or am i left with the options of checking Valve Stem Oil Seals,......and maybe the pistons being slack in thir bores??
Any help appreciated, thanks

could be what you mentioned above or piston rings, i'd get rid of the power boost valve as its not really worth having one unless you have a lot of mods
might be worh stripping it down at some point

^^^ like he said the black smoke will be over fuelling. i wouldnt worry about the Valve Stem Oil Seals or the the pistons being slack cos that normally affects oil(white smoke). if losing the pbv valve doesnt stop it get the lambda sensor checked
