The digital tempurature part ov the clocks on my dash isn workin, the clock and date are, bin tryin to work out whats wrong, is there a faulty gauge somewhere or a dodgey connection i know its only small but itsbin peckin at me 4 ages, any1 help?

there is a wee sensor behind the front bumper, i recently replaced mine in the GSi as it wasnt working either

there just under £11 from Vaux, includin VAT

i aint got a pic to hand, but I do have this of my old corsa...



the small black thing on the lower cross-member, its a small sensor which clips into that, has 2 wires comin from it. will be the only thing attached to the bracket too!

oh and you can change it without taking the bumper of for anything if your car is standard, its just extremely fiddly!

Get on the floor and look under the bumper and behind the number plate there is a small black block thing it is that. It should just un plug

not as easy as that

you have to go through the front of the bumper due to how the radiator is positioned & bumper attached to the car.

you can always remove the bumper, but for a farty thing like that I'd just do the fiddly job...

tis as fiddly as gettin a fingers in the pants of a virgin...

cheerz 4 that, mine sumtimes reads at 72 degs and then goes off, and other times it stays on but goes off wen i go over a bump.
