I put 1999 corsa B 1.4 sport suspension on my car when i put it back to standard.

After removing my old 1.2 LS suspension, and comparing the 2 very carefully, there are NO differences.

The spring were exactly the same size and dampers were i dentical. All the same GM stickers etc.

The reason i went for this suspension instead of gettin it off a 1.2 LS is coz i was led to believe in 97, suspension was uprated + stiffened (lotus tuned on SXi + Sport?)

Anyway, after puttin the suspension on my car, is handles just as shit as the std 1.2 did, and isnt lower AT ALL.

GSI s r 15mm lower thats it otherwise i would be sitting 65mm lower than a standard & IT AIN T THAT MUCH.

Dont think my 98b 1.6 sport was lower as it used the same -40mm gmax springs as other non-gsi's but still lowered it exactly 4cm, front and rear.
Were all the later "lotus tuned suspension" ones the same height?

Yes as Vauxhall didnt give Lotus enough funding to improve it much if at all.

The dampers + springs on a 93LS are identical to dampers + springs found on a 1999 1.4 16v Sport.

GSi's came lower but as for 1.4 and 1.6 sport the suspension is exactly the same.

Vauxhall are lying bastards TBH. They always used to state the Sport models on TV with lowered, lotus tuned suspension, when in fact Lotus probably looked at the geometry and said "yeah its pretty shit" and that was it, because all models and all parts are the same suspension wise. Positioning of dampers is slightly different on 1997> models i am led to believe...
