ive got an mp3 album on my comp thats 74 mins long, is there a prog i can use to cut it up into smaller bits so i dint have to fastforward the track to the bit i like in the middle

I used to have a program called Cool Edit, that did the trick.
However, the company's since passed the rights of that over to Adobe, so it's a different program. Info here: http://www.adobe.com/special/products/audition/syntrillium.html .
