As above, it literally takes about ten mins to boot up, and if you try and do 2 things at once (such as have media player or roxio running) whilst browsing the web, you have no chance as it takes ages for anything to happen (never used to)
I have broadband, wiv norton 2002 runnin and zone alarm, i recently downloaded service pack 2 also.
It never used to be anywhere near this slow and is very frustrating, i have a 40 gig hard drive and have a bout 100 mp3s and about 30 short vid clips and about 400 pics, could all of this stuff be slowing it down??
Any ideas greatfully recieved

yeah got spybot search and destroy, run it about once a week, well try a dfrag, forgot about that!!
